On September 27, 2024, a Shareholders’ Regular and Extraordinary General Meeting took place at INVAP S.E.’s headquarters in the city of San Carlos de Bariloche.
Alberto Weretilneck, Governor of the Province of Río Negro, and Engineer Germán Guido Lavalle, President of the Argentine National Commission of Atomic Energy (CNEA, in Spanish) were present. The Meeting was presided over by Mr. Hugo Albani, Chairman, and was also attended by the Vice-Chairman Vicente Campenni, the Regular Directors Juan Pablo Ordoñez, Víctor A. Herrero, and Luis E. Billinger Mancioli and the Trustees Carlos A. Gardella, and Aurelia Schepis; and the Director Federico Lutz and the Trustee Christian A. Etchevarne were connected by video-conference. The General Manager, Dario Giussi, and the Deputy General Managers, Gabriel Absi and Ana Cabrera, also participated. Also, Lic. Carlos E. Montenegro took part in the meeting.
As a result, the management of the outgoing members was approved and both were praised for their excellent professional and personal attitudes. Subsequently, the new composition of the Board of Directors was defined.
Furthermore, Governor Alberto Weretilneck expressed his gratitude to Lic. Hugo Albani for his outstanding management, his unwavering commitment to the company for more than 45 years and his exemplary dedication as a member of INVAP’s Board of Directors. In recognition of his outstanding trajectory, he proposed his appointment as President Emeritus.
