Published in September 2014, the book The Argentine space sector. Organizations, companies and challenges describes the country space industry projects, which were introduced during a seminar carried out in Buenos Aires on September 25 and 26, 2013. The seminar was organized by the Argentine National Space Activities Commission (CONAE, in Spanish) together with ARSAT and INVAP companies.
Apart from introducing the three leading organizations in the field of airspace technology and their providers, the book includes an analysis of the challenges faced by the sector and its common issues, which merit a collaborative work.
It also contains a brief review of the condition of Argentine space sector in the last years, a chronology of its most significant milestones and a summary of the sector’s development at the regional level.
